West Ridge Vacation Packages

What a fantastic hotel! Location was amazing, easy walks to all of the neighborhoods, right on the bus line, and a 15 minute walk to the water. The fitness and yoga rooms were beautiful, water filling stations on several floors, the front desk staff was so friendly and accommodating. The room is a little small, the floor space is a bit tight, but you don’t go to San Diego to spend a ton of time in your room. The room was very nicely appointed, and the shower was great. Love that the room had both a mini fridge and microwave! We had one room with two double beds, for a parent and two teenagers and it worked great for us. Plus, the price of the hotel is less expensive than others in the area, so a slightly smaller room makes it more affordable. The area was safe and quiet. Would absolutely stay again!

We asked for daily housekeeping and think that’s totally reasonable for the price per night. Drinks and food are expensive. We went 1 block over to the CVS and bought bottled water and snacks. Restaurants nearby have great happy hour deals on food and drinks and they were better.

This is not my first time at this property. This is probably the 6th time. This resort was performing way better when it used to be just the WELK. Checking in took about 45 minutes. All the requests that were put in were not fulfilled. The room had this weird odor in it. Old carpet or something rotten. Usually the kitchen is fully equipped. This time it was empty. All the room service requests took hours. They are definitely understaffed. The amenities were really good as always. But you can tell that this resort will be way better under better management and better maintenance.
