« ⭐ 1 Star Our stay itself wasn’t horrible. We were on the first floor, and the guests above us were extremely loud and up most of the night, so I got very little sleep. The beds were also uncomfortable, and we killed an earwig and beetle in the bathroom. It’s summer and we were on the first floor, so bugs are somewhat understandable…kinda. The reason for the 1-star review is the billing issue and how it has been handled. I prepaid for our stay, yet an additional $380 was charged to my account...
