West Point Vacation Packages

I regret staying here and will be sure to never stay at a Four Points or Sheraton hotel again. Before we even got to the hotel, we had issues. We chose this specific hotel because of it's proximity to the airport and the shuttle service. We called the hotel several times with no answer and we waited for over 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up. When we checked in, we were told that there was free complimentary breakfast and yet each day of our stay, we were told we would have to pay to eat breakfast. We were also not told that housekeeping services needed to be requested if we wanted our room turned over. When my husband asked for housekeeping services, the person at the front desk was extremely rude and said we needed to give 24 hour notice but that someone would be by with towels. When we got back to our room, the trash had been taken out but the toilet bowl was full of hair. The room itself was pretty gross. It didn't look deep cleaned and it was so humid in there that there's no way there isn't mold. It was a bad experience overall.

Little trouble getting in but host was responsive despite the late hour. I would have appreciated a more accurate description of the parking situation. Not only is there no parking on site, there is no parking anywhere close. The place is nice and roomy.

Really nice staff comfortable room. Bathroom was a little small but not a big deal for me. Very reasonable price. Will stay there again

We very much enjoyed our stay at The Residence Inn Marriott City Center Philadelphia. Clean environment, lovely breakfast, helpful friendly staff. Prompt response to our requests. My only issue is that we were in a King/Queen bed suite, which would most probably mean you have 2 people in the room, and there was only one bedside table. There was both room for another on the right hand side, and there were plugs on the wall right there indicating that the expectation was that there would be a surface to put things on. But I was unable to procure the second table after asking a couple of times and ended up having to use my suitcase as a table. (Not a good look!) Anyway, oher than that, our stay was most excellent and comfortable, and we would recommend it and stay there again. Thank you.
