The location is somewhat in the middle between Cooperstown and Oneonta, which works well if you’re going to both cities. « Great old farmhouse 5 minutes from Dreams Park. Very nicely remodeled. Great kitchen with everything you need to cook at home. Bathrooms were remodeled tastefully with all the amenities and more that you could need. Brand new washer and dryer which turned out to be very useful. Nice private pool area with plenty of seating, Great place to relax at the end of a long day at Dreams Park. Had a nice outdoor grill, but we did not use. Perfect for All Star Village - was so easy to just jump back to the house between games and fantastic to have a kitchen to cook instead of eating out all the time. « The property itself is absolutely gorgeous! It's an adorable cottage, recently remodeled, I felt like we had walked into a Southern Living magazine. Great location, barely 15 minutes to CDP. We were there for baseball, stayed with another set of parents, and the cottage's twin bed BR was perfect for the few nights the boys stayed with us. Antonietta was most gracious, very responsive. I've already recommended this cottage (along with the other cottage right next door, and her other properties)...
