"The room and check in staff was great. However , the restaurant was seriously the worst experience at a place to eat I've had. Not the breakfast place - the sandwich place to the left. The table smelled like it was wiped with sewage water, the fries were the absolute saltiest , had to get my own ketchup, the reuben had an " off- putting " flavor. Asked for extra thousand Island to mask the flavor and got ranch - asked again and got Italian . I'll find another place to stay. next time. I expected better at The Palms and a place that's over $200 per night"

"This is such a find! I am a big fan. It was a one night stay for my family of four (kids are 10-15yrs old). I do NOT like staying in casinos. At Otonomus, parking is close and the rooms are near an entry/exit door. The automated, digital experience worked out great. And the rate was quite affordable and you get so much space! I will return!"
