The property is updated and clean. It's close to shopping and eateries. The only negative comment I have is that their website needs to update how to enter the apartment. Instead of stating to enter code and push door, tell patrons to enter door and turn knob while the button on the knob is still green. It was, honestly, a bit confusing. Other than that, everything was excellent!

First time staying here . Receptionist was very helpful . I stayed in a compact room 152/. The bedroom needs complete refurbishing. Carpet was extremely stained in many places . Walls need repainting as lots of marks on them . Mis match of bedside tables . Washbasin needs changing as enamel coming off around the plug hole . Sheets on bed weren’t very soft . Thankfully only saying for one night .

Lovely old building on the river. Easy walk on town path through scenic Harnham water meadows, with views of the Cathedral, to the city centre. Great to have free parking for clients. The room had everything you need, hairdryer, tea & coffee pods, good bathroom and products. Our room looked over a roof, a view would have been better, but booked late. Some noise from below, but all quiet after 10pm and slept very well. Friendly staff in the dining room, enjoyed evening meal & breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay at the Peartree. Nice property and very clean. Front desk staff were wonderful and helpful. The 2 bedroom apartment was fabulous, spacious and quite comfy. It is conveniently located across the street from the Salisbury station, which was an added bonus. I would definitely stay here again.

"We had the cooked English breakfast and the eggs royal, which were both excellent. We also enjoyed the generous range of cereals, pastries, breads and drinks available. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was powerful and the room was very clean with stunning views."

Perfect for a cheap night away, needs tlc.

"The staff were fantastic, the hotel's communal areas are perfect however the room we had was in desperate need of attention. Bedside tables were worn and hanging off the wall, the bath needed a clean. The room needs a bit of tlc. We slept lovely, it was quiet. For the price we cannot complain but ..."
