We stayed for 5 nights, they said room service will be done on day 3. They didn't. I had to call them on day 4 multiple times and still no room service. They finally cleaned my room only after I threatened to checkout on day 4 and request a refund. not worth the money to stay here. "

"We opted for the street view side of the building and still got some beautiful ocean in sight from our room window! Staff were wonderful and attentive. The amenities are currently being improved, but the pool and beach access were perfect for our stay. "
