Superb customer service! Above and beyond!

Wonderful experience over all. Front desk was very helpful and gave outstanding service. The house keeping staff were very friendly and informative as well. I would definitely return.

Customer service here was nonexistent. I had a request, prior to check in. I contacted the hotel through Expedia and via email before we arrived, my concern wasn’t addressed. I mentioned it again at check in, they said they’d call me in an hour to let me know if they could accommodate me. Three hours later, I texted the front desk and received no response. After checking out, I emailed management and to my surprise, it’s been over a month and I’ve received no response. Additionally, our toilet in the room kept running and would only flush after multiple tries, so we called for maintenance. Maintenance arrives, we explain to him the issue, he blankly stares at us and says “So what do you want me to do?”. I don’t know, maybe do your job?? All in all, I was wildly unimpressed and would rather spend my money elsewhere.

Parking was a huge challenge but the property was great. Everything is walkable from there.
