"Very clean hotel. Up to date. The double queen room was very large. No microwave in the room and the pool was small; otherwise, great stay. Loved the starbucks, bar, food options in the lobby."

"Room was clean and tidy. Only complaint is the heater didn’t work so it was a bit chilly but I don’t mind chilly. Pool was nice, no pool towels however. Breakfast was small and very simple. Staff was nice, check in and out was hassle free. Great location! I would stay again"

"So I actually stayed here for about 7/8 weeks I believe. Jan to mar 2026 when I move here recently. Had everything I needed and more than the previous numerous hotels I’d stayed in at a cheaper cost. Had a nice small kitchen, place was clean, heating/ac worked fine. I’ll honestly have fond memories of my time here while I settled in to the city before getting my apartment. The staff were really nice and helpful in any way they could be. I managed through those weeks without a car at that time also and it was useful to have some nearby things like gas station, places to eat at walkable distance and also a bus stop close by, which is only a few minutes walk if you cut through the hotel next door. This hotel was basically my first home after moving to Des Moines. If I have friends or family visit from the uk I’ll happily suggest this place to them. "

"After finally figuring out how to get to the hotel, it was acceptable. The room was fairly small, but the bed was comfortable, and wifi worked well. The room did have a large bathtub that was really nice, and the towels were better quality than expected. A decent value accommodation."
