"The biggest negative issue was that the lock to the outside door to the unit was broken. Also, for some reason, that access door was left open multiple times. Security was by far the biggest issue.A quick trip to Target two blocks away would really help. For instance, there were only curtains on the bedroom - no blinds. The silverware and plates were fairly spartan. The toilet paper roll holder was broken. All of these items are easily fixable.On the positive side, the bed was comfortable....

Very clean, surprisingly quiet, spacious, plus lots of extra touches I appreciated (coffee pods, shampoo, etc). And the location is actually outstanding! "This Airbnb was in a great location and served as a place to sleep and keep our stuff. Otherwise, it did not feel clean- stain on the sheets, hair in the bathtub. When we arrived, the lock box was set to the code already, which felt quite unsafe. The property manager had taken the listing off so we were unable to view amenities. I would not recommend staying at this Airbnb."

"We were in town for the Mummers parade. Upon arrival there was some flooding in the basement. Reaching out to the host to resolve the issue went smoothly. They sent maintenance immediately. Turned out that the city water pipeline was leaking. Maintenance would install a pump to remove water and shop vac the basement. Because it was the holiday the city didn’t come immediately so the water on floor was an ongoing issue. We couldn’t really hang out in the basement so it got a bit...
