I like the property, i stay often. good location and friendly staff. the breakfast area is far too small, bathroom had a moldy smell.

I spent a week in Moncton and this was the perfect location for the event I attended at Avenir centre. It’s less than a 5min walk away. Also walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Comfortable bed, lots of towels, and the kitchen was well equipped enough to prepare some simple meals. The snacks and drinks provided were very appreciated as well. As others have mentioned, the couch is pretty uncomfortable. The porch light also stays on all night and can be pretty bright, so consider an eye mask. Neither of these things would prevent me from staying here again though. I actually appreciated that the area was well lit. The enclosed patio is super cute and I spent a few evenings sitting outside enjoying the weather. I like that the patio has a gate that locks, too. Self check in was simple, though I did have to google how to lock the front door as that wasn’t immediately obvious to me. Overall, very good and I would recommend it.

Clean room, friendly staff.

Don’t stay here. We booked the presidential suite - which was so not presidential! The only thing good thing I can say is that it was spacious. But it ends there. Our bed was literally broken underneath. We got in late and we went straight to bed only to wake up with very sore backs. TV did not work. The hotel was appallingly dirty. Every wall and doorway was literally sticky. There was garbage in the hallways. Trash bins, overflowing. We saw them servicing an icemaker, and the door for it was opened and all I can say was it was beyond disgusting. Although they were repairing it, you could tell that no one was gonna take the time to actually clean the stupid thing. I will say the front desk staff was great. Super friendly - I felt very bad for them because I’m sure they get complaint after complaint after complaint. There’s nothing they can do. They deserve a raise! Ownership should be ashamed of themselves. We stayed three nights - we didn’t have the luxury of moving out as we needed to be close by for a wedding and there was a baseball tournament in town. Shame on ownership and management.

Functional. Driveway is long and has huge potholes. Very huge, and deep. Hazardous for our little car but we managed! Location isn't walkable to anywhere. Otherwise, functioning like a modest motel.
