West Bank Demerara Vacation Packages

This property was a big surprise for us It was so much better than I thought . Having the oool and a fridge in our room was perfect The space was clean and the breakfast was good. And Bobby was fantastic in helping us with any issues and getting Taxis. But the best part is at night . Sitting on the patio are drinking rum punch and chatting in this quite neighborhood was priceless.. Very safe area but you need to get taxis everywhere but my sister who was in the center of town , also had to get taxis everywhere. Do yourself a favor and just BOOK it . Promise you , You will be happy you did Cheers

Beautiful property, excellent service and a great stay overall

Very Good Experience

I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the positive parts of my stay. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, and the breakfast was enjoyable. Having a mall and grocery store nearby is a great convenience. However, the experience in your restaurant was unacceptable. The staff demonstrated a lack of customer service skills, and the way the staff were speaking about the guest assuming I would not understand — was deeply disrespectful. I understood every word, and no guest should be treated that way or talked about. They have a s sewer, problem that all the way up into the rooms it is apparent when you walk around the property. Additionally, the dynamic between staff members when handling customer issues was concerning and unprofessional. Because of this, I will not be staying at your property again, and I will be sharing my experience publicly. Based on this visit, I am giving a 1‑star rating.
