Wendover Vacation Packages

Unfortunately, my check-in experience was disappointing. The check-in location is different from the property itself, which wasn't very clear. When I called because I couldn't find anyone, the staff member responded by asking sarcastically if I hadn't seen the sign on the door. After I reached the check-in location, no one was at the reception, so I called again. When he arrived, he said, "Are you the one calling me?" and then complained that he couldn't even go to the washroom. Throughout the check-in process, he came across as intimidating and responded sarcastically whenever I asked questions. As a non-French speaker, I also felt that I was treated less respectfully, which made the experience uncomfortable. While the property itself may be fine, the customer service left a very negative first impression.

Nice helpful staff. Great location near parliament building and Sparks street.

The room was tiny. And it was linked to the room next door through a door. Therefore, there was no soundproofing with the neighbors. Aside from that, all was fine and clean.

Staff was very helpful- hot tub was nice - but sunday nite restaurant was close. Overall-great experience
