This charming Wells studio-style condo offers a great location, a private screened-in porch, clubhouse amenities that include a shared seasonal indoor pool as well as seven acres of lush green space. Spend your days exploring the beach or go back in time while visiting the historic downtown. You can also go antiquing right in the neighborhood! This property is within walking distance to the downtown restaurants, as well as the multiple antique shops just across the street. Explore the trails and nature at Wells Reserve or stroll the seashore at Drakes Island Beach, both are less than two miles away. Things to Know The community pool is closed from January through March and reopens in April. Pool hours are 8:00 AM–10:00 PM from April through August, and 8:00 AM–9:00 PM from September through December. Please note: pool availability and hours are subject to change at the discretion of the HOA and are not controlled by the management company. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Suggestions: directions for living room TV, the online description was not helpful. Toilet paper holder in the bathroom would have been nice. The pictures and listing were exactly how we found it. There were plenty of pillows, linens and dishes to meet our needs. There was even a hairdryer and first aid kit in the bathroom! The property was clean and quiet. One thing we were disappointed about was that the clubhouse was not open so we did not have access to the pool table or computers. The lockbox was annoying and took a couple tries, but we got it after about 5 minutes playing with it. There were also big, black ants in the kitchen and throughout the unit, along with other slightly smaller black ants. All in all, for what seemed to be a place the size of the studio apartment, the price we paid was pretty outrageous for just 1 night, seeing as how I booked it months in advance. The manual ac machine and the rest of the appliances inside the unit seemed outdated, but it worked for what we needed it for, which was just a night away for my husband and I. I will say the king bed was REALLY comfy. I'd like to know what kind of mattress it was, so I can buy one. I've gotta say, that was probably my favorite part about the whole unit, was how comfy the bed was. ##### Shyla T. We were told the company is a green company and if the bed doesn't look like it was slept in then they don't change the bedding. Feeling unsure on that we didn't use the bedding or pillows provided. We were locked out of the property for over an hour, the owner (I believe) showed up to help with the lock box after customer service was of no help. We were told the lockbox was "finicky and needed to be replaced". It was noticed the night before that it needed to be replaced. I was verbally told I would get some sort of refund but have yet to hear about it. We will not be renting again in the Wellington Manor. This was a weekend away for my best friend that graduated college as a single mom to a little one. We were disappointed with our experience and the lack of customer service that was provided. ##### Alicia G. The unit was very dated. Also I would assume neighbors that live there full-time seemed to argue a lot early in the morning making leaving the sliding glass door open not an option. No privacy in screened in room off the kitchen. But I must say the management company responded quickly when we had trouble with the lock box . The grounds are very well taken care of.
