If you are looking for a nice warm and quiet stay in Newlands outside of the craziness of downtown. This is the place to be, lovely couple that own the Newlands Guesthouse with fantastic staff. If only they had control of the weather. I went it the autumn and lots of rain.

Clean and spacious room, with a full kitchen (although I didn't use). A complimentary bottle of wine upon checking in, as well as 2 bottles of water daily are provided, which is a very nice gesture. One drawback: the wall outlets are generally not suitable for most international travelers, but it should be easy to borrow an adapter from the front desk. Breakfast is decent, and the Chinese/Japanese restaurant at the hotel is pretty good. Other than that, one needs to go a bit farther distance to find good restaurants.

A great establishment with state of the art amenities, friendly staff, and awesome breakfast. My stay at this hotel was enjoyable and relaxing. I'll give it a 5-Star rating overall.

We stayed here from March 14 th to March 22. We booked 2 rooms and the stay was awesome. It was right at the city center. The staff was so attentive and very courteous and friendly. The rooms were spacious, neat and comfortable. Breakfast was included and was awesome.

The property and grounds are so beautiful. The staff were very helpful. The spa is stand out some of the best therapists and treatments we have ever had.
