Talk about nickle and dime as much as possible. The coffee was horrible and NOT free. The coffee they give in room was awful. You can get coffee downstarirs if you wait in line with 20 people and 1 staff making burnt crap coffee. No creamer. Ceilings were leaking above elevator on 2B. our rooms were supposed to be $1300.00 the hotel took 2600 from my husbands account. They said it was just a "hold" but guess what the money was still GONE! The rooms dont have fridge, microwave... what the heck good is a chiller? The staff was very nice , and rooms were clean enough. For the price stay in the city that gives you better coffee and free breakfast.

We stayed at a corner king suit. The room was clean, quiet, and spacious. However, the hotel is more like an apartment hotel which is outdated, old and dark. Also, compared with numerous hotels we have stayed at, majority of the staff were unhelpful. We asked for extra blanket and they couldn’t provide it to us as there was no room service at night! We had breakfast included in our room. The first day we missed breakfast as we got there at 10:30 am. So we sat there and asked for cappuccino only. We received to go cups with $11 bill!! We thought a hotel would have provided that in proper cups and perhaps at no charge.

My husband and I recently celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary at The Morrow Hotel, Washington DC, Curio Collection, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, I honestly have not traveled or stayed at hotels very often, even locally, so this meant a great deal to both of us. What we experienced at The Morrow reminded me what true hospitality, care, and professionalism are supposed to feel like. From the very beginning, Alamyar Ferdows made us feel welcomed, appreciated, and genuinely cared for. His level of customer service exceeded our expectations and was one of the best hospitality experiences I have had in many years. Mr. Ferdows was not only professional and attentive, but also warm, understanding, personable, and sincere. You could immediately tell he truly cared about making our anniversary memorable rather than simply processing another hotel check-in. One of the most impressive moments of our stay was the personalized room upgrade Mr. Ferdows arranged for our anniversary celebration. That gesture alone showed tremendous thoughtfulness and attention to detail. After checking in, he personally escorted us to our room, which added a level of class, professionalism, and personal connection that is extremely rare today. During the walk to the room, he took the time to explain the hotel's amenities, dining options, and features throughout the property, making us feel completely comfortable. We will be back! Everything was perfect, but if the management will put microwave in the room that would also be helpful for customers as well as their refrigerator was looks ild

Elevator operation is very inefficient. Face wash drainage is somehow plugged.
