"Overall, a very good place in excellent location for our group of 4 attending a conference at the Orange County Convention Center- just 5-6 minutes away by car. It has a beautiful view towards the lake. We could watch the 9pm Sea World lightshow and other theme parks' fireworks from the balcony!!! "The property was nice, the location was perfect for our stay as we were visiting Universal Studios. So many different food and shopping options close by. However, when we got there, the floors were pretty dirty, definitely not mopped, luckily they had a mop and bucket there and we did it ourselves. There was also chewed gum left on one of the steps on one of the bunk beds. I try to reach out to the owners, left message, but no response."
