A bit off-centre, ok property for ok price
Location a bit off-centre, with the train station some 10-15min walk and the cuty centre further away on the opposite side of the railtrack. It feels more geared to those traveling by car as pedestrians have to zigzag a bit around the road when coming. The property is ok, there's a bit more wear & tear than in other a&o's I've stayed at. Still, it covers the basics and is fairly clean so may be good enough for a short stay.

Lovely stay in a clean Hostel which is a short walk from the City and Train station. There is a bus stop outside too.

The staff is always available to help in anything you can need. The only suggestion is to have available scrambled eggs too, not only booked eggs

I booked one bed for one person and did not see the it was in a 6 bed room with 5 other people. This was a shock. This should have been visible at the time of booking.

Everything was good, clean , and the service were great except two things . There is an indian who works in the section of breakfast , he was impolite. The other thing that i really didn’t like in this hostel is the size of the TV . the size of the TV is close to the ipad 12.9 inches size ! Which is really i hate in this hostel . You can barely see through it

A quiet place in town not too far away from the train station. The bus station is in front of the station, with a bus directly to the train station. Cheap rooms, good wifi.

Wegen der schulklassen viel zu laut. Schulkinder meinten oft über 5-10 min den Fahrstuhl zu blockieren des wir mit den kinderwagen nicht in den 2 stock kommen. Ein mitarbeiter spricht leider ein schlechtes deutsch war aber nett ubd Höfflich.

Chaotische Jugendherberge !
Ich kenne die A & O Hotels aus Hamburg von der Reeperbahn und habe schon zahlreich dort übernachtet. Nur deswegen habe ich aus der Not heraus das Hotel gebucht, als das ursprünglich gebuchte Hotel in einer sehr schneereichen Nacht nicht mehr erreichbar war. Buchung 23.58 Uhr, das System bucht mich aber auf die darauffolgende Nacht, ohne das ich das gemerkt hatte. Im Hotel angekommen, meine der Nachtportier, das würde nicht gehen, dass man die Nacht auf die gewünschte Nacht umbuchen könnte, obwohl der Übernachtungspreis derselbe war. Also Doppelzahlung, einmal Hotel, einmal Hotel.com. Das Doppelzimmer war eine Eiskammer. Eingecheckt um 01.00 Uhr brauchte es über eine Stunde, bis die Heizung das Zimmer auf angenehme Temperaturen hochgeheizt hatte. Das Bad ist sehr klein, das Bett füllt den Raum aus. Zwar sauber, aber nicht länger als eine Nacht. Die ganze Anlage macht eher den Eindruck einer chaotischen Jugendherberge. Parken kostet Geld, aber in einer Schnee-Nacht lässt sich der Parkplatz gar nicht erreichen, weil der Schnee einen halben Meter hoch liegt. Aber, ohne Auto ist das Haus wahrscheinlich nicht zu erreichen. Mein FAZIT: Chaotische Jugendherberge für viel Geld – Muss man nicht haben. Besser woanders buchen, günstig ist es so oder so nicht.

Alles in allem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis komplett o.k. und A.O. entsprechend. Leider war der Typ an der Rezeption wohl Einzelkämpfer, so das mein Anliegen, wenn auch entschuldigend, ignoriert wurde. Unterkunft ist vom Hbf per Busverbindung direkt in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Direkte Umgebung bietet fußläuig einen Discounter, BurgerKing und eine Tankstelle.

Wir konnten diese Nacht kaum ein Auge zu machen. Zu viert im Familienzimmer ohne Klimatisierung, bei 30 Grad Außentemperatur und geschlossenem Fenster da unser Fenster direkt über dem „Biergarten“ lag. Auch musste das Personal Nachts um 23:30 Uhr einen! Müllsack mit einem schepperten Wagen vor dem Fenster spazieren fahren.

Unkomplizierter schneller Check in, freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, Tip top sauberes Zimmer, alles in allem sehr gepflegt und ordentlich Sogar der Getränkeautomat sagt Danke 😁 Leider konnte man die Fenster im Zimmer nur kippen und es kam kaum frische Luft ins Zimmer TV war viiiiel zu klein

Alles in allem ganz ok. Fand nur seltsam, dass bei der Unterkunftssuche und Filtereingabe (Haustier, Parkplatz, Frühstück) das dann alles doch noch kostenpflichtig war, was anfangs nicht so aussah. ;)

Netter Aufenthalt.
Für eine Nacht in Weimar war das Hotel völlig ausreichend. Hat uns gefallen und für 10€ Extra auch das Früheinchecken genutzt. Schade, dass Parken nochmal 6€ extra kostet. Hätte mir gewünscht, dass es im Preis enthalten ist. Aber sonst sehr nettes Personal und Preis-/Leistung war für uns top.

Das Zimmer in dem wir eingecheckt sind, war noch komplett ungereinigt - Betten und Handtücher noch vom vorherigen Nutzer. Die Mitarbeiterin hat uns dann zunächst neue Bettlaken gegeben, und als wir festgestellt hatten, dass noch gar nichts gemacht war, ein neues Zimmer. Im neuen Zimmer fehlten dann wieder zwei von vier Bettbezügen, die wir dann aber auch vom Personal gestellt bekommen haben. Der mit Sechser-Dübeln sehr optimistisch an der Wand befestigte Nachttisch in diesem Zimmer ist direkt runtergekracht. Das Auto sollten wir während der Übernachtung woanders (im Wohngebiet) parken, obwohl zumindest nach unserem Eindruck noch Plätze frei gewesen wären. Insgesamt wurde, was als entspannte Übernachtung auf dem Weg geplant war, dann doch etwas aufregender. Personal war aber durchgehend freundlich und hat getan, was es konnte.

Das Hostel überzeugt durch sein Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt sind die renovierten Zimmer inkl. Frühstück in Ordnung. Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht, aber fachlich zum Teil überfordert. Da bei Anreise das Buchungssystem ausgefallen war, herrschte ziemliches Chaos. (laut anderen Rezensionen scheint dies häufiger vorzukommen!) Ein paar grundlegende Informationen zu Frühstück & Parkplatznutzung wären beim Check-In wünschenswert. Befremdlich finde ich, dass die Zimmer von innen nicht verriegelt werden können.

Hat nichts von einem Hotel > eher Schullandheim. Einrichtung ziemlich abgerockt, Schlechte Bettenqualität. Check in dauert zu lange. Viel zu warm im Zimmer und nicht gut zu lüften. Bushaltestelle direkt vorm Haus.

Morgenmad var ikke godt. Kaffen var som tjære, juicemaskine i stykker. Der skulle være sæsonens frugter til morgenmad men der var kun æble og appelsin.
