"Very disappointed upon arrival to see the condition of the house. We left after only being there for an hour and were forced to stay in a hotel. The Host was not cooperative when messaging and claimed that the cleaning crew did not do a good job. We have asked for a full refund multiple times and the host has not responded. "We had a short but truly special stay. Elizabeth and her team were kind, responsive, and supportive throughout.
