Surround yourself with vibrant fall foliage, breathe in the crisp mountain air, and unwind by the fire after a day of exploring the golden beauty of the season. Your perfect fall getaway awaits! This beautiful retreat boasts 5 spacious bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy autumn evenings in style with a crackling outdoor fire pit, a soothing hot tub, a rejuvenating Jacuzzi, and a private swimming pool (for those brisk but refreshing dips). There is minimum of 3-4 nights for holidays and weekdays, ask me before booking. Please note that I require to book the whole holiday weekend. There is NO check in or check out on Saturdays or holidays. There is 2 nights minimum for weekend and 3 nights for weekdays or holidays. If you want to book 6 months in advance, please ask before booking. We can not accommodate pets at this moment. Please excuse ! This community has five lakes and provides plenty amenities such as lake beach access, swimming , fishing , boating and so on, however but it is subject to the rules and regulations of the HOA Guest can access entire home except basement, outdoor shed and few closets which is locked to keep some of our utility stuffs. After booking, you will be contacted in order to register your group to the community. In order to use the community amenities such as Pool, Spa, Beach etc, a seperate wrist band must be purchased at the community office. The wrist band cost is $10 each. Community Office Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8AM-4PM Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturday 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM Sunday Closed Excluding Holidays & Weather Related Closing Key Features of the home: ☀ Self check-in. Access code will be given on the day of check-in ☀ 4 Bedrooms and Attic with two double beds, sleep up to 15 comfortably. Comforters and Pillows are provided ☀ 2 Full Bath and 1 Half Bath; 1 with Jacuzzi & Standing shower and another one with Tub/Shower combo ☀ Our house is featured with private pool and hot tub at the backyard. The rules are posted on the premises. The private pool is seasonal and open only for Memorial to Labor day weekends ☀ Cozy propane fireplace in the living room & Wi-Fi ☀ Washer + dryer with detergent provided to complete a few loads. ☀ 65'' Smart TV with sound bar and subwoofer system (no cable, you would have to use your own Netflix, Amazon Prime account) ☀ Free onsite parking in the driveway for up to 7 cars. ☀ Kitchen is provided with basic cookware's, utensils, cutleries, rice cooker & coffee machine. ☀ Full size pool table, ping pong, Arihockey tables and Video games are available in the game room also kids board games are available ☀ 8 Chairs dining table & 4 high chairs break fast tables are available in the 1st floor ☀ Cozy sofa and love seats are available in living room, Patio furniture & Firepit setup House & Community Rules: ☀ This is not a PARTY HOUSE. Minimum AGE Limit for all Renters – 26 years old (except families traveling with their kids). No proms please. The person that is on a rental agreement, must be present at all time. You can have up to 15 people (adults and kids). Your reservation will be canceled without a refund. All bookings must be 4 days in advance for community notification and access, thank you for understanding. Please note that only registered people will be allowed to go through the gate (up to 15 people). Valid DL and Car registration is required at the gate. ☀ Please respect the surrounding neighbors. Loud music and boisterous activities should be kept minimum, quiet hours begins at 10 PM. Any violation will result removal of all the quests and cancellation of the reservations. The booker will be responsible for any penalty/fine incurred due the violation of any community rules during the stay ☀ The community amenity rules and schedule are subject to potential changes, particularly in the event of unforeseen circumstances, as determined by the community. The host was very responsive to messages and the space was laid out exactly as advertised. The game room helped make the house a pleasant place for us to relax and let the kids play. Would have been a five-star stay if we hadn't missed a few things that are generally available at vacation rentals: extra towels and washcloths, another roll of paper towels, a broom, extra blankets for chilly nights, etc. ##### Emily L. The property team was responsive. The lake nearby for swimming was perfect every time. The only drawback was not having immediate access to natural water directly but a two minute drive was fine. There were 11 of us ranging in age from 23 to 84\. There was more than enough room for everybody to have their space but for all of us to be together when we wanted to as well. This was an amazing stay. The home is beautiful. The perfect place to host a family holiday getaway! The amenities were GREAT! The Pool! The Hot Tub! The Game Room! The kids had so much fun! The grounds are very well kept. You will be visited by a family of deer. It was nature at its purest. They did not venture too close. But it was a sight to see. There are homes close by, but you won't notice it. Now for the interior....Every space was clean. 5 beautiful bedrooms. Spacious and nicely decorated. Beds were very comfy. The kitchen is amazing. Accommodated the many cooks in the family! The living room space was also very spacious and great area to hang out. The boys brought their gaming system and were able to connect it to the TV and play on and off during our stay as well as watch some scary movies. The owners were extremely responsive at every step of the way. From the initial communication to the check in process and throughout the stay. They go above and beyond to make sure their guest's experience is top notch. The house was big , clean and organized. However, there are some details that I think it should be addressed : In the kitchen there was no blender and there was no broom to sweep the house . There were used bar bath soaps and shampoos . I think is unhygienic to use a bath soap that was used by another person . Unfortunately, due to the weather we were not able to use the pool . We tried to use it the last day of stay because was kind of warm but the pool was not clean and I was told no one clean the pool because the weather was bad . I think this should address regardless the weather . The jacuzzi was good and clean . The communication with the property manager was excellent. The experience was good and we enjoyed at this house just those details were very concerning . Im sure for next time will be better . ##### Francisco P.
