It was a very nice hotel. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The indoor pool and hot tub were also very nice and clean. The all you can eat breakfast buffet was very good.

This was a great place, up in the mountains, within the Smokey National Park. The last turn in and up to the property was sharp and somewhat tricky to see from the one direction, so just know that. I for one wanted to see bears and the fam and I saw 3 - it was great! Our room(s) were much larger than expected and my son really enjoyed the jet bath!

The room was updated but is still in an older structure. It was hard to overlook that a bit. It was clean but had a musty smell. Balcony was peaceful and nice. Breakfast was mediocre. We were at the location on the other side of the river, making it a bit inconvenient to use amenities. Staff was very friendly and courteous. For the price, it was good.

"Bring food! The food and restaurants there were really overpriced and not that good. The indoor waterpark was so freaking hot, it was crazy. Rides were pretty good, the wave pool was pretty good, and the lazy river was cool. Good thing the kids were young."
