"We absolutely loved our stay at Jati cottage. We were really sad to leave. Our room exceeded our expectations on arrival. Our room was accessed up our own set of steps, we had a large private balcony overlooking the pool. 2 double beds side by side which was perfect for our needs, there was also a sofa in the room. The bathroom was spacious. The pool area is stunning with plants surrounding the pool giving the ground floor rooms privacy and giving the pool area a really tropical feel. Free...

"Excellent stay at this beautiful resort! It is tucked away from the hustle and bustle in a serene location. It is a little ways, but we did walk in to the main part of town to explore. Wonderful customer service. The included breakfasts at the restaurant were very very good. A la cart meals were also good, one suggestion would be to change dipping sauce for the cauliflower bites to something like a garlic aioli or even sweet chili sauce. They had a lovely pool, and you could also use the sauna...

"The bathroom was very uncomfortable. Sometimes we never had running water. And the few times that we did it was impossible to get hot water. Air conditioning did not work as good as it should. The staff was wonderful, but unfortunately the hotel was not up to par for us."
