A lovely hotel with great staff. My room was exactly as described, with the usual amenities. A good location, 8 minute walk to the Back Door of the Yoga Barn, and there is also another yoga studio 5 minute walk away (Lumeria Yoga).

From the first Hello to our last Goodbye, the staff at Japa has been nothing but courteous and kind. The facility is well maintained and beautiful. This property is located in prime location. Restaurants, massage, wellness retreat, clothing stores, bike rentals, activities access and everything else under the sun is so closed by :) Enclave Restaurant and Bar is next door that offers different kind of "NIGHT" from Salsa to Kareoke to Live Music. The Vietnamese restaurant steps away from the lobby had really good comfort food. Request to anyone reading this review and planning to visit Bali: Tip big! Take care of the island and be nice to people! Respect the culture.

I would stay here again. Staff was helpful, and check-in/check-out was easy. Room was clean and comfortable. And I appreciated having a coffee machine and water dispenser. The bathroom showed a few signs of wear, but not bad at all, and the shower head was wonderful with great water pressure. The pool was right outside my room, which was great and not so great at the same time. I didn't think about families with children using the pool, and you can hear absolutely everything, when they're in the pool and you're in your room. Other than noise from the pool one afternoon, it was quiet. I was not disturbed at night by any noise. This was the most quiet hotel I stayed at in Bali, and it was my favorite. I would stay here again.

Wonderful stay here, I wish we did not have to leave! Definitely the best place I've stayed in Ubud. Staff are lovely and when celebrating our birthday they left us flowers and came and sang for us and brought dessert with a candle! Welcome drink was refreshing and staff carried our luggage to our rooms for us. The swimming pools are large and beautiful and the area does not feel crowded at all. Nice air conditioning, wonderful spa definitely worth the visit and the stay. Restaurant was also good food. Location was central in Ubud and walking distance to monkey Forest, lots of restaurants and shops. I will definitely stay again at my next visit to Ubud. Thank you so much!

The staff was lovely. Massage at spa was very nice. Breakfast good with many options to order from menu. Small and intimate atmosphere. We especially loved the villa with pool as a family of four with teens.

The room was super clean and spacious, great water pressure and towels provided twice per day, the view from our room was also gorgeous. The best thing however was the staff, especially Kencana, she was amazing from when we first arrived, greeted us, helped us with our stuff and provided a nice welcome drink as well as went above and beyond, she is truly amazing! This is a great place would recommend for anybody wanting a centrally located suite/vila in the ubud area!

너무 좋았어요^^ 일단 직원분들 너무 친절하시고 조식도 메뉴 선택인데 다양하고 넉넉히 먹을수 있어서 좋았어요. 물도 매일 밀봉된 유리병으로 깨끗하게 주시고 룸 컨디션도 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 위치는 당연히 최고였구요!! 복잡한 도로에서 룸들이 쭉 안쪽으로 들어와있어서 조용하고 쾌적했습니다. 수영잘 물도 깨끗했고 저는 정말 만족했어요! 소파베드덕분에 엑스트라없이 3명 넉넉히 잘 잤도고요ㅎ 호텔근처 맛집도 많아서 몇일밖에 못지낸게 너무 아쉬워요! 다음에 또 올거에요. 우붓의 대한 좋은 추억을 만들어준 Japa siuites&villas!!
