Gorgeous property, very traditional in style, if you like modern boutique style hotels this is not for you. Set in beautiful tropical well maintained gardens adjacent to the monkey forest. The breakfast was beautiful, served the best banana pancakes ever! I loved watching the monkeys and also the location was at a peaceful side of town, a short walk away from the bustle of Ubud. Fab stay!

Beautiful property in a super quiet setting. Room was very nice for the price point, with great aircon. Staff was excellent all around. Breakfast was great, and food available from their lunch/dinner menu was fantastic and very reasonably priced. I had an extremely inexpensive but wonderful massage at their sister property a short walk away. This place is a major find!

This is my second stay at Alam Indah The staff remembered my name and very welcoming. They will go out their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Setting is beautiful would a lovely pool and foliage set right next to the Monkey forest. Stop in walking distance to many good eating places, but thankfully a quieter area of Ubud

This is an authentic, unique and beautiful Balinese experience. You can walk to the center of busy Ubud, or stay in the quite oasis provided by the cottages and gardens of the hotel.

Im honestly lost for words how amazing this accommodation was. The staff were delightful, the serenity was impeccable, the room was spacious and comfortable with a very spacious balcony looking over the garden. I would absolutely without a doubt come back here again. 10/10!

Excellent stay in Ubud

We had a lovely stay at Alam Indah. The hotel is in an excellent location, in a sort of small suburb just away from the centre of Ubud, much quieter but still walkable via track around the edge of the Monkey Forest. There are plenty of good restaurants/cafes within 5 minutes walk. The staff were very welcoming and extremely capable in providing us with information and helping arrange excursions. The hotel also provides a free shuttle service to Ubud and back that can be arranged via whatsapp - this was incredibly useful. Room was as advertised, lovely big bed and great views over the valley. Design/curtains in the room mean it gets quite light in the morning - bring an eyemask if light-sensitive, but this was really no trouble. Would definitely recommend.

Das schönste Hotel in dem ich je war. Superfreundliches Team und paradisischer Garten. Lage ist super - südlich vom Affenwald ist man noch zentral aber ruhig und naturnah. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön im traditionellen Stil.
