"The common spaces (lobby, sitting areas, etc.) were so lovely. The actual hotel room seemed just like any old big name room (i.e. bare bones, but comfortable). Our hotel room had a terrible/nonexistent view. The bed was comfortable, and the staff was most helpful and friendly"

"We had a wonderful stay overall—everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was fantastic and very convenient. The only downside was the air conditioning unit, which was quite loud and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep."
