"It was a great area, walkable to the city centre and Cardiff Castle. Room was nice and spacious, good for 2 people. The only downside was that there was no AC and the fan that was provided barely worked so it was very warm in the room. As we were on the ground floor, by opening the window it didn’t help at all as it was covered from outside so there was no ventilation."

We were offered a different bigger apartment ( we were called upon arrival) and the following night I moved into the one I booked originally. "We had the most wonderful time staying here. The house was surprisingly spacious and immaculately clean. "The hosts were fabulous and blew is away with their welcome pack but is not suitable to sleep 4. Everything is just in one room and there's only seating for 2 unless you want to sit on a bar stool. The layout also needs rethinking because at one point my wife was in bed having a cup of tea and waved to the hosts as they pulled up in their car. If they switched the sofa and bed you'd get more privacy and be able to watch the tv from the sofa. Otherwise, it was great. Would recommend for a couple."
