Had a great stay in the heart of Birmingham. Key collection was easy - from a local shop and car parking was secure on site. The apartment was modern and clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of places to visit and restaurants all in walking distance.

We absolutely loved our stay at Three Ways House Hotel. It was cozy, comfortable, great spot for my dad and I during our time in The Cotswolds. If we return, we will absolutely stay here again! Wonderful experience.

The reception team is very helpful. The rooms are well appointed but note no charging points at bedside. My main point of feedback is less about the hotel and more about Expedia. We chose The Arden due to its very close proximity to the theatres and the fact that it is one of the more luxurious - and you pay for that - in the town and we wanted to try it because of its reputation and having stayed elsewhere before. But Expedia failed to let us know that the restaurant would not be open for dinner because of a wedding which took over the space. Apparently because the hotel did not have our phone number (as it was a Expedia booking) we were not included on the ring round they did to let other residents know.. But Expedia should have told us. We only found out at check-in. Had we known about the wedding we would have booked somwhere else close as there is lots of choice. To be fair to the hotel, the receptionist proactively offered to book us into a restaurant, which was ironically much closer to the hotel we stayed in only two months ago. So overall, our experience didn’t quite live up to expectations because we couldn’t really take advantage of all the hotel facilities - neither dinner before or the bar after the theatre, directly opposite. It was more luck than planning that the hotel could secure a booking in a commensurate restaurant and that the Dirty Duck wasn’t too busy for a drink afterwards.

Perfect location! Quaint spot just outside of the city centre close to UoB. Sam and reception staff incredibly friendly. We could have chatted for hours if we didn't have an itinerary of things we needed to complete before the end of the day! Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Welcoming Receptionist, a room in a separate building at the back of the carpark is quite with nice view . Handy carpark though not much room for a bigger car if one arrives after 5 p.m. B
