"The Carillon beach area is very close to 30A. Putting you directly between 30A & Panama City Beach. The location is unmatched. The actual room is an efficiency as advertised. My one complaint is that the water heater is very very small. If you take a shower longer than five minutes, there is no hot water. Other than that, it was a nice property."

"Overall great stay! The room was clean. All the appliances/cookware I needed to cook breakfast and coffee in the morning was provided. They bed was comfortable and I slept well. I also really liked the decorations!The door lock pad is a little annoying and someone was smoking in the other rooms."

"Great condo to stay at we saw dolphins and a big stingray from our balcony. The only difficulties was opening the balcony door, we had to use both hands to open and close it. They did work on the elevators so people wasn’t waiting so long for them. This was a very clean and nice Condo for 2 people to stay on vacation."
