We provide parking passes only and are not authorized more than 2\. One parking pass is valid for the main parking garage, and the other parking pass is for overflow parking. You may park both vehicles in the parking garage while you unload, and then the 2nd vehicle will need to be moved to overflow parking (the large open parking lot right next to the building). We are only authorized 4 wristbands for our unit, and we can not obtain any more. These wristbands can not be removed once tightened!!! I would recommend you carry them with you or don't tighten them as they can not be removed! My family of four arrived to Panama City Beach (PCB) via long drive from Texas. So as we stepped into our room, it was so pleasant to see a neat room with the added decor touches which really helped to emphasize we were no longer home but on vacation. There was a hiccup regarding our welcome package that contained our bracelets/parking passes -missing one of each. However, Dawn was easy to relay information to and prompt to respond back. So much so, it was not a big deal as I made it to be in my head. Our view was nice from the balcony overseeing the coastline ahead. The room was equipped with beach supplies to borrow i.e. cart, umbrella, wave boards -which my boys enjoyed with their cousins. My sister was not so lucky with her stay based on price and lack of hospitality. Her friend asked for recommendations and will be recommending Dawn’s Rentals.
