Room was stunning and amenities provided were great - we especially loved the nice touch of a little gift for the kids on our beds when we arrived. The kids loved the pool. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. "The bathroom door did not close, the electric blanket was burnt out at the switch, the heating on 30 only took the chill off the room. The freezer completely frozen. One light in the bathroom was not working and the other making a shorting out sound. When I went to talk about this the office was closed at 10.00am on a Monday. Very disappointed. We have stayed here before and it was fantastic. Obviously new owners."
