The balconies were very nice, especially the top lookout. Beautiful view of the ocean over the top of The Miramar Restaurant. Everyone enjoyed the very comfy beds. The people staying in the bedroom on the third floor found it inconvenient without a bathroom on that floor, especially at night. The smell from the building materials used to keep it safe from tsunami has the odor of big spray and it was tiresome. The location was great especially for beach access."

"The home is very spacious and well-equipped, especially the kitchen. Having the grill and fire pit was great. The furninshings and decor were nothing special, but certainly more than adequate and functional. This is a great house for a large group, and the location can't be beat, expecially if you have dogs. Our two dogs loved the beach, and while it's technically not an off-leash beach, it was pretty empty and the few dogs there were all off leasch with no issues. The nearby (like 200 yards) Miramar Beach Restaurant was very good and couldn't be more convenient. We'd rent it again, for sure."
