"The property is always extremely clean. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. The jetted tub always has ample hot water. The bathroom is perfect! Huge with double shower! The toilet has its own door which I love as you can be getting ready or showering while other is using the toilet area. The fireplace is wood only so you would have to bring your own firewood. The HVAC unit is very efficient and work wells for the heating and cooling of the room. The only thing I would change is the lighting I wish they had dimmer switches as the light situation is very bright. Would be nice if you could dim the lights . Overall excellent room for the price!"

"Dont stay here. The property allowed vagrant cross dressing street workers to roam the hotel all night. The place smells of pot. Fire alarm went off just after 10pm with no communication of an all clear. Had to figure it out ourselves. Front desk employee was dismissive and rude. Zero people skills. Zero hospitality. When I went to check out, she didnt even look up and just said leave the cards there. No thank you. Didnt ask how our stay was. Noisy people outside all night. Air handler was just outside our suite and banged on and off all night. My wife stepped on broken glass on the floor. And to top it off, 2 mice ran out of the couch as we woke up the next day. So gross. Worst experience we have ever had. Thankfully we were just passing through and needed a place to stay for 1 night."

"It looked like someone peed on the bathroom walls many times and left it l. The bathroom stunk really bad. They have plastic on the mattress that kept you up all night from the sound. We had a 2 day stay and only stayed one. We got there at 10:30 pm and left at 8:00am "

"Our experience overall was okay. We didn't realize there was an option to pick one of the newly renovated bathrooms during booking. This caused us to switch rooms a few times, which ultimately made our stay better. However, we wish it would have been more clear during booking. Although this hotel is "smoke free" there definitely were lingering cigarette smells in the hall and by the entry ways. Our kids suffer from asthma which made it tricky navigating to our room."
