9.4/10 Exceptional! (77 reviews)

We had an excellent stay, largely thanks to the fantastic staff. Special mention to the team in Club Millésime and Reunion, as well as our maid who provided great daily service. While there are a few areas needing maintenance, like some broken tiles around the pool, the overall experience was wonderful and we would definitely return.

8/10 Very good! (351 reviews)

All the staff were extremely polite, helpful, and provided excellent service, especially Aarti and Mir. I truly appreciate their hospitality. My only small suggestion would be to improve the breakfast menu by adding more variety. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and the staff made our stay even better.

"Really lovely experience staying at the Shangri-La Dubai. The hotel is fantastic, but what really makes it special is the staff. Everyone was so helpful, welcoming and genuinely lovely throughout our stay. A special mention to Khodorahm and Waqas on the front of house, who were both absolutely brilliant. ..."
