The instructions for the code were incorrect so we couldn't get in the room. Fortunately there were two very helpful members of staff still there to help solve the problem and contact the owner. Glad we didn't arrive after 11 or we would have been out of luck.

This hotel was one disappointment after another. For the price they charge, you would expect a clean, comfortable, well-maintained hotel. Instead, you get the vibes of a cheap roadside motel that desperately needs renovations and better management.
Our stay started off poorly. Check-in is at 4:00 PM. We arrived around 6:00 PM and were told that one of our rooms still wasn’t ready. We were also told we would have side-by-side rooms, but instead our rooms were across the hallway from each other. We were told both rooms would be exactly the same, yet they weren’t.
The rooms themselves were filthy and poorly maintained. The floors were not vacuumed, swept, or mopped. Apparently, their idea of cleaning is using a giant lint roller. One room had an unflushed toilet, and there were no tissues—just an empty tissue box. Rooms are also not serviced daily.
The air conditioning stopped working, which made the already uncomfortable room even worse. The rooms are extremely dark, with basically one main light between the beds and a desk lamp. The pillows are thin and hard, and the beds are extremely hard as well. They advertise the beds as queens, but they felt more like full-size beds. There are also no ice buckets and no safes in the rooms.
The elevator is another concern. It jumps while you’re riding in it, and the inspection expiration date posted on it was already past due. That’s not something I want to discover while staying in a hotel.
