"Good hotel. No room in the hotel lots for parking so had to use the garage on the 2-3 floor. Very inconvenient with multiple large luggage bags having to use 2 sets of elevators and walking the parking garage multiple times."

"This hotel is so beautiful and accommodating. The staff are all wonderful, kind, and courteous. Hotel served breakfast and dinner along with adult beverages everyday after 5pm. This hotel is right across the street from fun activities to do with the family and very family friendly. The hotel does well at maintaining their property with updates and renovations, unfortunately they were in the middle of doing some while we were there so one of their elevators were not available. Other than that, this was a wonderful stay and I would choose it all over again."

"Great property, so conveniently located. Super friendly staff! Everyone was so nice and helpful. The three elevators were small, which was hard if you were bringing a cart up or down, but even with 17 floors, it was quick to get around. Parking was $30, but that’s the going rate downtown. Parking was easy, super safe, and convenient. Breakfast was excellent! Huge variation, really well done. Rooms was nice, small and older, but well kept and maintained. Would have liked a microwave. "

"Large king room with sofa bed. Evening reception with beer and wine was good. Only food options were tortilla chips, potato chips and pretzels. There was also nacho cheese and salsa. Nice walkable location. Breakfast was good. Had waffles, biscuits, gravy, sausage, eggs, oatmeal and pastries. "

"The hotel was clean and looked amazing. Apart from the first employee we talked to, he was great, the others were awful. Waited ages for a drink until another employee walked by. No “how was your stay” or “thanks for staying” or nothing when we checked out. Just a rude “printed receipt or email.” Was highly disappointed considering the price"
