Super friendly staff and rooms are beautifully appointed!

Very clear check in instructions, and super responsive to our needs.

I was in Park City for Slamdance but didn't want to be surrounded by the hub-bub of the two film festivals going on at the same time. Loved the gym set up at this hotel, loved the size of the rooms and the free breakfast had great options and loved that there was always ice water available. Will stay here again. Only pickle was Ubers were hard to get in the AM.

Pros: The room was clean. Loved the kitchen and roomy studio. It was well equipped. Like the walk in closet and large shower as well. Con’s: We merged the two twin beds.. was more comfortable. No headboard… I would recommend attaching a padded headboard on the wall wide enough for 2 twins separated or 1 king bed. There are no pictures on the walls, and no bathrobe hooks in the bathroom.

Exactly what we needed as a place to sleep on our busy vacation. Room for us and our kids in one room. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The pool is a delight - warm water, clean and sheltered from the sun. Quite tiny and basic but our kids loved it each night. Be aware the hotel is right on the Main Street so the traffic noise was loud.

Rooms are absolutely gorgeous, stunning as soon as you walk in. The grounds of the resort feel like a small charming town and have been tastefully redone. Pool area was immaculate, gorgeous , quiet and so relaxing we enjoyed all the different pools and waterfalls features in each. Everything was very thought out. Front Desk lady was very nice and helpful, we were able to check in early which was a perk. We also went swimming in the crater, which was an absolute must! We plan to come back!

Great location; quiet at night, nice woodsy environment but Close to other towns Heber and Midway for restaurants, groceries etc. Very friendly staff.

Had a lovely room & great experience staying 1 night at this hotel! Guest services were friendly & helpful, pool and hot tub were warm and clean, room was spacious and clean!
