The Room is dated. I paid for a Spa Suite and was put in a Room with a Bath Spa with Mould around the bath Spa and NO TOWELS at all. Extremely poor. No Digital TV just local stations dated just like the room. We were keep waiting everywhere that we went. Breakfast was over crowded with limited hot food. The Juice bar was empty and when I asked a staff member for more Juice she dismissed me and said that they were out. EXTREMELY POOR

Customer service was great! Mark from reception has accommodated us very well and informed us a few things about the hotel facilities. The pool inside the hotel was heated so perfect during our stay there and we're able to relax.
