"So I ended up staying here alone for an entire week. It was the perfect little house and I could see renting it for a girls weekend or couples weekend. The furniture they picked out fits perfectly and I loved that laundry was on the first floor. Location was close to great restaurants & grocery stores. I felt safe and there were single women walking their dogs through out the neighborhood. Backyard was cute & it was nice knowing the neighbors were watching out for me as well since I was alone....

"This was a nice rental for our family trip to Detroit. It had all the things we needed-full kitchen with dishes, laundry, bathrooms as well as central air (we stayed in June 2023). It’s a historic house, so it has a different feel than a modern house, but it had all the amenities that were needed. The only thing that could be somewhat of an issue is the iron railings on the stairs for little ones or the elderly. "Came to Sterling Heights for a 2 day convention. Very happy with the accommodations. Home is quite dated ....but who cares? The price was very very affordable. It was stocked with paper products...and the like. Water pressures were great. Beds comfortable. Art was a great host. Zero issues. This home is literally on a side street in the middle of the town. Super location! We accidentally left a key fob and a few other items behind by accident and Art immediately text me and tried to catch us...
