"Not as pictured. Had to ask for another room. Stains on the tiny, vinyl like, sofa and really uncomfortably decorated. Bed was clean enough to sleep in and seemed on the newer side. Seems like they are slowly renovating and maybe we got an old room? Bathroom was really old and overall, the room was sparse and worn down. Breakfast was inedible, coffee was sub par. Will not stay there again"

"The mini-split seemed to have an inaccurate thermostat; the room was definitely warmer than the 64 we set it at. Also, we were disappointed that the breakfast has apparently been cut back; we went elsewhere for breakfast. The pillows were too large and firm; it would be nice to have a choice of a softer pillow. Finally, we liked the large room (C1) but didn’t like the heavy footfalls overhead from C2\. Overall, excellent value. Quiet, comfortable, and affordable."

"The staff were extremely helpful for our stay. They had answers to all our questions about colleges in the area. I will stay here again for our next visit. The hotel is good, room was just what we needed. The shower was tricky the first time but I figured it out. You really can't get a better staff at the front desk."

"So pet friendly. We were so happy to find this hotel. Our room was in the first floor and really easy in/out with the dogs. Not a lot of grass for dog walking but we made the best of it. Room temperature was hard to manage. Too hot or too cold."
