I had an amazing experience here, and the views of the Pyramids right in front of the hotel were unreal. The rooftop restaurant overlooks the Pyramids, so having breakfast during sunrise or dinner at sunset was absolutely perfect. But honestly, what made this place truly memorable was the staff. They were incredibly attentive and always went above and beyond to make sure every need was taken care of. I told them I've left it at home and I don't walk around Cairo with my passport for the risk of losing it. They ended up denying my stay. Expedia didn't even refund me yet. They said they'll "request" a refund from the hotel.
