Staff was extremely responsive via text message during our stay. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Rooms were dark decor but probably this is keeping with colonial period theme decor. Breakfast in morning was nice with fresh fruit - yogurt - oatmeal and pastries. Very walkable to downtown area. "

It's on the small side, but large enough, with a separate living area and kitchen. Joy is a great host. She's very connected and attends to any issues that come up. "
