"As always, great place to stay. I would suggest to improve wi-fi but if you ask about it, they will put a wi-fi booster in the room. Shower door also had a problem and did not close well leaving water on the floor each time. Other than that, service is fantastic, spa is great and breakfast is perfect with lots of choices. "The Hotel is still fairly new, rooms are well designed and spacious. Beds are comfortable and linen clean and fresh. Room fridge is only stocked on requests. Wifi connectivity was not great and caused a few interruptions while working. Business center is only available if you book on the executive levels. Fantastic Hotel - not close to expo centre
"I stayed here as it was close to the trade centre, turns out it isn't and its a 20/30min walk and the hotel doesn't have a bus service so I had to get a taxi or walk to get to the expo centre. On the positive side the hotel and hotel staff were amazing and couldn't do more to help. "
