« Me, my partner and another couple stayed here for a summer weekend, the accommodations were so cozy, everything provided was great! The kitchen was fully equipped and we had pleasant breakfasts in the mornings, we went for the waterpark right around the corner, and we hope to return for the winter season. We all loved the stay! »

« Positives: the host was quick to respond when I had questions, and explained things that I hadn't found on my own yet. The space was very neat and clean, the heating was a bit noisy but I stopped noticing after a while (like white noise) on the other hand it was very warm and toasty! The kitchen was adequate for basic cooking and the bedroom and living room very comfy!! My only issue was the triple-chirp of the carbon monoxide detector/smoke detector every minute. I immediately let the host know...

« Host sent detailed communication prior to check in with all the information we would need. The host was also very responsive with an issue of a possible left item after the trip. Property was clean and had everything we needed. Location next to the mountain was perfect and the view was of one of the runs! Located directly next to the pools/hot tubs/sauna so the whole family was very happy after a day if skiing. »

« Beautiful property, nicely situated being able to view the hot tub, sauna area, and edge of ski lifts. Some great games to keep busy on a cozy day in or chilly night like when it was in the teens while we were there next to the fireplace. Only downside was few glasses other than coffee mugs that matched, one solo 16oz glass, and a glass cappuccino cup, remaining glasses were all mugs. One of the seats was replaced at the kitchen table, not an issue for us at all, it was unclear when the chair...

« The condo was excellent, just as described and perfect for our visit. Very clean, larger bathroom than expected. The pool, which you can view from the private balcony, looked relaxing but it rained during our stay. We met family near by for an event and when we returned to the property, we still found the bar, Jack Otto's open until 11 pm as well as the sundries shop next door! Underground private parking felt safe and convenient with elevator near by. My husband enjoyed fresh coffee the next...

« Host was quick to respond to any issues. It was very quiet and staff was nice. Room had a few issues, tub wouldn't stop so couldn't bathe the baby. Previous guest let toiletries and medication in a draw of thw vanity. A hazard for a child. Host apologized. First time a host asked that you take any used garbage bags out and placed in an outside bin. »

"Vraiment terrible — à éviter absolument ! Nous avons quitté l’hôtel immédiatement, sans même être remboursés, et Expedia ne nous a offert aucune aide. Nous avons visité six chambres et les six avaient clairement déjà été utilisées. Les lits étaient défaits, il y avait des déchets partout et les planchers étaient sales. L’odeur de cannabis était présente partout dans l’hôtel, et il y avait aussi des traces de cigarettes dans les chambres. Le pire : nous avons trouvé une seringue souillée sur le plancher. C’est extrêmement dangereux, surtout quand on voyage avec des enfants. L’endroit semblait complètement abandonné : aucune femme de ménage, des déchets dans les couloirs et une atmosphère très inquiétante. Même la salle de restaurant et le gym étaient fermés par la ville en raison des risques pour la sécurité et la salubrité. Honnêtement, tout indiquait que quelque chose de louche se passait dans cet établissement. Ce n’est absolument pas un endroit sécuritaire pour séjourner, encore moins avec une famille. À éviter sans hésitation."
