« Nothing fancy but very comfortable and in the most breathtaking setting imaginable. The home offers privacy but is close to stores, etc. All of the animals, including the cats, were very friendly and non-threatening. The pool was amazing. Thanks for a wonderful, restful stay. »

« Such a relief from the tired hotel rooms in Athens. This was an easy drive into town for our visit. We loved the adorable modern farmhouse look. Location and parking were well marked, and the path was nicely lit. Owner has thoughtfully appointed the house with basic needs and extras. Thank you! »

« This cottage in the woods was nature bathing at its best. What a lovely spot! Easy to get to dining and shops and hidden away at the same time. Very peaceful. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view. Living spaces were all comfortable and clean. The only glitch was difficulty figuring out the correct house address in the dark when we arrived. Otherwise highly recommend! »

« Lovely and quaint, the cottage is set on a very large lot with outdoor spaces galore. It felt like our home as we were so comfy and truly enjoyed the house itself. Multiple indoor and outdoor relaxation spaces and room for a group to gather and celebrate. Perfect for two old friends to reconnect yet have our individual spaces with 2 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Lots of dishes and cookware to use so just stop by the store on your way and you are ready to go. I would recommend and would stay...

« We had a very nice experience at the Buford bungalow. Very nicely decorated, clean with lots of room to spread out. The train was a fun bonus as it rumbled by, (our sons favorite). A great walking distance to the restaurants and local shops. We look forward to staying, at the Buford bungalow house next year! definitely will be back next year. »

"I liked the proximity to restaurants and shopping areas. Well located. I found my room clean. The housekeeper passed everyday to ask what needs to be replaced in the room. It's a pretty calm neighborhood. The breakfast is basic. The internet connection has trouble sometimes. Overall, it's a good ratio quality/price. One false note is that I needed help with my TV one day and it was not easy to get help. I called the front desk and I was told someone will come within minutes. No one came. My subsequent calls were not even picked up. I have to go to the front desk and insist. After that, the problem was solved right away. "
