"It wasn't that this place had a bunch of frills. It was that everything was clean. Everything was organized. It was quiet. If you had a question they answered it and the pool was the right temperature and the hot tub actually worked and was hot. You would be shocked. How many hotels even higher end ones that the little things just aren't taken care of and you end up paying for amenities you don't get. We will definitely stay here again"

"We had an amazing stay! The kids and I loved everything about it. Joshua checked us in and immediately made the experience feel personal — he asked why we were visiting Columbus, and when I mentioned the Oddities Expo, he seemed genuinely interested and even wrote it down! The staff overall was super friendly, everything was very clean, and the hotel was very affordable. One of my favorite parts was the included breakfast and dinner buffet — such a rare and awesome bonus for families. We will definitely stay here again!"

I'm not one to normally leave reviews but from the lady at the front desk (sorry did not get her name) being an absolute joy,the room was clean, the breakfast was great and best of all the beds and pillows were SO COMFORTABLE. I will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area. The pool/hot tub area looked clean and the family in them seemed to be enjoying themselves. I was kind of late checking in and just didn't use them."
