The pond was great for swimming and taking out the canoe. The house was well appointed and lovingly maintained with just the necessities needed for our week long stay. Jon's cottage (he built it!) is perfect - airy, comfortable and well equipped. We saw multiple eagles, a variety of songbirds, a loon and more.
