Oct 14, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, communication, location Disliked: Check-in Host was confused when we showed up for our reservation; she began talking to us through a camera on the house asking us who we were. She thought we were checking in on Monday, so I showed her our reservation on my phone. We have been traveling for a very long time and was very surprised at how many things we had to go out and buy: toilet paper, shampoo, soap, a much needed hair dryer. New washer and dryer sitting there not hooked up. We were there a week and had to buy undergarments because we could not wash anything. She said there was a dryer downstairs, but the basement was locked. She did respond to us every time we called or texted.
