« Overall, my recent stay was great. The apartment was very clean, well furnished, and met all my needs. The only area for improvement was the smell. There was a very strong cleaning or air freshener scent that was masking another smell (maybe smoke or pets). This will not prevent me from future stays but it's worth noting as it was strong enough that my wife could smell it as soon as I opened my suitcase when I returned home!! »

The location is also great--right in downtown Delaware--but street noise was not an issue. There is also a great restaurant and bar downstairs which is great at the end of the day. »

« Loved my visit! The apartment was very clean, easy to find, and the host (Genti) was very responsive and helpful when I needed to extend my stay! Would recommend becoming familiar with where to park before you arrive, (especially if you are not used to city or street parking). The nearby shops and restaurants were lovely! »
