« The staff was nice but the room was filthy. Beds were terrible. You roll in to the middle. We had bugs crawling on the sheets in the bedrooms. Had to dust cobwebs above the bed. Killed multiple bugs inside after all windows and doors were closed. Reached out to management. They did offer to switch to a different room but it was late and would have been more difficult to move. We covered up with our clothes and did not use any bedding. « Fantastic Apartment, nicely furnished. Location was amazing, very peaceful and quiet. Nice and close to waitomo caves, and 10 minutes from either Te Kuiti or Otorohanga. Brenda and Andrew were lovely hosts. The dogs were very kind, esepcially Tilly, she demands many belly rubs. The recently installed Air-Con was a godsend for summer time. My Fiancee and I had a wonder 2 nights here. »
