« We were placed on the third floor and it stunk lile a dead body had been discovered in a matress. The carpet in our room was pulling up in places andy daughter caught her toe under it and cut her toe. The TV didn't work and the fridge was hot inside it.
We couldn't connect to the WiFi the first night and the staff couldn't figure it out either. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. When we got back to our room after our first day out hiking our keys wouldn't work. They ended up...

« It was one of the best places we've ever stayed. Staff friendly, rooms beautiful, location at campus of Berea College was wonderful with a lot of history. Bed was sooo comfortable. Next time driving from OH to ATL to visit family this will definitely be the stopping point. Highly recommend. »

« The room had a musty and moldy smell. It bothered my allergies really bad. The walls also were left unfinished and looked like it was in the middle of being sanded down and wasn’t repainted yet. There was hair on the curtains and the room was pretty dark. The bed, floors and bathroom as a whole was clean. The shower itself smelled bad just like the room. That damp musty smell. I won’t be back. I’m shocked this place has such a high rating I feel like it’s should’ve been a 6/10 at the most. »
